I‭, ‬Sadeq Fetrat known as‭ ‬“Nashenas”‭ ‬in my artistic works in Afghanistan and other countries‭, ‬especially India and Pakistan‭, ‬would like to indicate the following announcement on my artistic-cultural endeavours‭:‬

Over the 65‭ ‬years of my artistic career in music in my country‭ (‬Afghanistan‭), ‬I have recorded over 100‭ ‬songs in Pashto‭ (‬my mother tongue‭), ‬more than 250‭ ‬songs in Farsi Dari and over 20‭ ‬songs in Urdu and Hindi and from which‭, ‬I have fully composed and/or partially arranged more than 80‭ ‬Pashto songs‭, ‬more than 140‭ ‬Farsi Dari songs and a few Indian songs‭. ‬Most of these songs along with a set of detailed information on the poet‭/ ‬lyricist‭, ‬composer‭, ‬Maqam‭ (‬Raga‭) ‬and Taal‭ (‬Beat‭) ‬are gathered in the book of‭ ‬“Melodies of Nashenas”‭, ‬recently published by Manizha Naderi‭, ‬also available at www.nashenas.org‭ (‬now in an outlet of Shahmama website‭).‬

There have been multiple audio‭/ ‬video and printed interviews about me in the archives of Radio Afghanistan and other social media‭. ‬

To the best of my knowledge‭, ‬ability and conscience‭, ‬I hereby declare that based on my comprehensive cooperations with Shahmama Foundation and its full attention to my artistic works‭, ‬in my life time‭, ‬I want to provide and permanently hand over every privilege of my artistic achievements to Shahmama Foundation‭, ‬and particularly to‭ ‬Manizha Naderi‭, ‬who is also the sole care-taker of my Facebook page‭ ‬“Melodies of Nashenas”‭, ‬established‭, ‬monitored and managed by herself‭. ‬Going forward‭, ‬I consider the above-mentioned institution and person to be the only deserving‭, ‬competent and trustworthy of the same rights and privileges‭, ‬and recognize her to be the sole source of provision of response to all queries about myself and my artistic works‭. ‬I confirm that Manizha Naderi is also qualified to be granted the copyrights of my‭ ‬compositions to relevant authorities‭. ‬If required‭, ‬in case of legal‭ ‬pursuance‭, ‬enactment and follow-ups of any kind of matters related to my songs‭, ‬Manizha Naderi has the authority to take necessary actions as she deems appropriate‭. ‬I hereby officially share this testament of the rights‭, ‬privileges and responsibilities to Manizha Naderi with all my family‭, ‬my relatives‭, ‬my fans and those who are involved in my artistic achievements‭.‬
